    just balance, speed and focus

below is what an English guy told me:
"i was still licenced by 'Karate Union of Great Britain'which allows me to open a school and teach. My last school is in Saudi Arabia. And about Karate-Do? Dont need muscle, just balance, speed and focus."
It makes me thinking about my life and job. For the last 2 years, i have been trying to make a balance between my parents. And after all this suck things, i should make it in my mind that i need to change quickly and to focus on one thing with all my heart. Or i would be a failure.

    SEX AND THE CITY

Sometimes a rose is just a rose.
    Jewelry, that's another story.

If a man is over 30 and single, there's something wrong with him.
It's Darwinian. They're being weeded out from propagating the species.
    What about us?
    We're just choosey.

That was the day I came face to face With my freak.
The frightening woman whose fear ate her sanity.
The truth is, it isn't just the men. It's all of us.
Anyone who's single in Manhattan gets a little freaked out from time to time.
    But we keep trying,
because you have to figure......if the world's fattest twins can find love, there's hope for all of us.
Somewhere out there is another little freak who will love us, understand us......and kiss our three heads and make it all better.

The fact is, the act of cheating is de-fined by the act of getting caught.
One doesn't exist without the other.

Once you try to change a man, it's doomed. They won't budge.
The things you can work on are hair and wardrobe.
Even then, it's a constant battle.

When Single men have money, it's to their advantage.
If a Single woman has money, it's a problem to be dealt with.

It's about the fact that I wasn't even a factor in his decision-making process..
Men do this all the time.
    Women walking around thinking ''we.''
And their version of ''we'' is ''me and my dick.''

In love relationships, there is a fine line between pleasure and Paln.
    In fact, it's a common belief that a re-lationship without Paln......is a rela-tionship not worth having.
    To some, Paln implies growth.
But how do we know when the grow-ing Palns stop......and the ''Paln Palns'' take over?
Are we masochists or optimists, if we continue to walk that Fine line?
When it comes to relationships......how do you know when enough is enough?

    It's slim pickings out there.
You can't swing a Fendi purse without knocking over five losers.
Where did all the great guys go?

We spent our childhoods playing games.
Were they all just primers for the games we played as adults?
Were relationships just a big chess match: strategy moves, countermoves......all designed to keep your opponent off balance until you win?
Was there such a thing as an honest relationship?
    Or was it true?
Do you have to play games to make a relationship work?

I wondered......were we all just victims
    of conditioned responses?
Doomed to repeat the same unconscious relationship patterns?
Were we all, in fact, just dating... ...the same person over and over again?

Maybe you don't believe it's for real unless somebody plays hard to get.
When things come too easy, we're suspect.
Do they have to get complicated before we believe they're for real?
We're raised to believe that true love never runs smoothly.
There always have to be obstacles in Act Two before you can live happily ever after in Act Three.
But what happens when the obstacles aren't there?
Does that mean there's something missing?
Do we need drama to make a relationship work?

You asked me to be here, and I wasn't sure if I could.
Honestly... I mean, meeting the parents is so..
Then I realized I wanna meet them but I didn't know if you still wanted me to.
I've called and you haven't called me, so then I thought I'm just gonna go, because being in a relationship means taking a risk...a leap of faith.
No matter how many times one might have been disappointed before .
I said to myself I'm just gonna show up...be-cause you're a good man.
    A really good man.

We can feel totally good about our-selves.....and then it all goes out the window if the guy doesn't mirror it back to us.

The only thing worse than being Sin-gle in your 30s is being Single in your 20s.

That week, back in the city, I won-dered what was the allure of the 20s?
On one hand, there's great skin tone, the thrill of fresh experience......and the sense of a consequence free life full of endless possibilities.
While on the other, there are horrible apartments, sexually inexperienced men......and embarrassing errors in fashion judgment. Should we fear these freshly minted, single women as a threat to our very survival......or pity  them as clueless half-wits about to get their dreams dashed......and illusions shattered?
    Twenty something girls......friend or foe?

And then I realized......twenty some-thing girls are just fabulous... ...until you see one with the man who broke your heart.

    It's so interesting.
Tell a man, ''I hate you'', you'll have the best sex of your life.
But tell him, ''I Love you'', you'll probably never see him again.

A ''good on paper guy'' is a guy With great credentials......who you always end up leaving for some hot guy......who rides a motorcycle and doesn't have a checking account.

    ''Your girl is lovely, Hubbell.''

Then I had a thought, maybe I didn't break Big.
Maybe the problem was he couldn't break me.
Maybe some women aren't meant to be tamed.
Maybe they need to run free until they find someone......just as wild to run with.

    china stock market

never the brief history of chinese stock market has there a boom like this.and score time investors are grabbing the boom run by horn.jushu lian has been following his perfolian everyday for the past 20 years in this beijing progreat.every monday,he says, more and more are joining in on the heart would the investors watching the
most come here for one thing,he told me,they win some then they lose some, and then they have to win it back.casinos are illegal on china mainland, and the analyst stock market has been the best thing.
they love playing stock market, but the trouble with stock market is that it bears no relation with the stock market, it bears no relation to the health of the economies.it's like play with universe.
in recent weeks, there have been repeated government warning that most shares over-value and the bubble could be in the making.despite it seems most investors just dont care.they want to repeat the china's booming economy, and this the place they get it.
and to do that, there is a total evidence
and about report shop, luxriou cast feel lost, but most of the bussiness said the manager is from the pouring customer.

with the stock market so strong, we've been advise the customers not to invest their money in rationally stocks.
in a country where communist leaders once declare to get rich, floriou,
but china's new small time investors could still learn in the hard way that often what goes up also goes down.

Never in the great history of China's stock market has been in the boom like this, and full time investors are grabbing the boom run by the horns. Amonng them, Zhu Shuliang, he's been following his small portfolio everyday for the past 12 years at this Beijing brokerage. "Every month" he says:"more and more are joining in on the hard-willing adventures, watching the electronic numbers to buy." "Most come here for one reason" he told me:"they win some and then they lose some, and then they have to win it back."

Casinos are illegal on China's mainland, and analysts warned the stock market has become the next best thing.

They love playing the stock market, for the trouble with the stock market, it's not based,no relations to the economy, there's no relation of health companies. It's like a parallel universe.

In recent weeks, there have been repeated government warnings that most shares are overvalued and a bubble could be in the making. Despite that though, it seems many Chinese investors just don't care. They want to piss the accident of China's booming economy and this is the place they come to get it.

And to do that, there is * evidence of the growing number of willings put their homes out for cash. At the Bao Rui Tong pawn shop, luxury cars filled the lot outside, but most of the business, says the manager, is from customer's calling real estate.

The stock market is so strong, we've been advising our customers not to spend their money irrationally on stocks.

In a country where Communist leaders once to glad to get rich and glorious a little irrationally zoom brand seems only be expected. Then many of Chinese new, small time investors could still learn the hard way often what goes up also comes down.

    market meltdown

it's the worst one day celebrate on wall street since  9/11 attack. stock price crunch today, across the board, around the world. the dow jones stock industrial averag was down about  460 points at the closing bell. and one point fell unusually fast because of the computer quitz. alice in new york has more on what drive the market dropping down. and one of big fact is the big drop in china. overnight to cause the u.s market to drop, the asian market now begins to open for the next day there. r we going to see anything that comfort us or things should long us? we should be a little bother that tokyot opened 15 minutes ago, we have been given the word that market's stock has down almost 4% now.we r feeling the revolt that what's start in asia back in asia.within an hour we will see shanghai open again which is where it started. then in two hours we will see hongkong. then in a few hours in london, frankford,we will be back to u.s market what we have here is a communication drove or force to drive the market down for the first sample hours.there is no surprise, john, all the evidence of the economic members that was sell off in china,we expected the market to be lower, all of a sudden, at about 2:59pm,we went from 300 point lost which was a big deal anyway.to a 400 point lost at a minute or a 446 points lost, this all happened inside of three minutes.at the close of the market at 3:59 of four o'clock, there is wide spread bulling on the florid exchange,u can hear that.something is wrong, this is not a normal sell out.within an hour, we had acknowlegment from the dow jones and the new york stock exchange.there is some kind of glitch, we dont know what the glitch, but it accelerate the effective today.what ending was there, u can see a 416 points lost at the close. it's a major lost for the dow, what we are watching for is whether this continue to have effect around the world or whether this got moderated.the moment the news isn't good, tokyo is opened with almost 4% lost, john. and now u say we dont know a lot about this glitch, have we heard a lot from this      , r they confident? to a degree that tommorrow is another tuff day, we  r gonna have another punch?
well, there is definitly have a glitch in the tabulation, they couldnt keep up with the trade, so what happened is that the dow jones which is now open.....
the dow is decided to switch to its back up system, all that trading that was happening caught up to it and u saw this drop within three minutes,  they said the drop should have happened in 40 or 60 minutes,it happened over 3 minutes.
we r not clear on, we r pushing finance from new york stock exchange, was there a trading problem?was there a computer glitch to cause this sell out condition?
it's very unusual to see 400 or 500 point drop on dow jones without very clear problems in the economy.
we dont have any evidence, john.

It's the worst one day sell up on Wall Street since after the 9.11 attacks, stock prices plunge today, across the board and around the world. The Dow Jones Industry Average was down about 416 points at the closing bill and that one point that fall unusually fast in part because of a computer glitch. CNN's Ali Velshi is in New York with more on what's driving the market down, Ali, one of the big factors was the big drop in China overnight that cause the US market to drop. The Asian markets now are beginning to open for the next day there, are we seeing anything that we should come for us or things that should along with us?

Now in figuration probably a little be a little bother. The Tokyo open 15 minutes ago we are not getting were the dark market is down almost 4% now so, we are feeling the reverbal what's started in Asia, back in Asia. With an hour and a half we'll see Shanghai open again which is where this started and in two hours we'll see Hong Kong, then in a few hours London and Frankfurt we'll be back to US market cause we have here is a combination afforce that drove the market down for the first several hours a day there was no surprise John all the evidence were the economic numbers that was the sell off in China. We expect the markets to be lower but then all of a sudden, at about 2:59 p.m. we went from a 300 point loss which is a big deal anyway, to a 400 point loss with a minute and then a 500 point loss all the way, a 546 points. This all happen in sight of three minutes. At the close of the market at 3:59, at 4 o'clock, there was wide spread b* on the floor of the exchange you can hear at there. He's a trader and says that something was wrong, this is not in normal sell on. Within an hour, we had acknowledgements from the Dow Jones and the New York Stock Exchange that there were some kind of a glitch that we don't know whether that glitch was in the counting or in the trading, but it's seen to have accelerated the effective today. We're ending up with there you can see a 416 point loss at the close. It's a major loss for the Dow, the thing that we are watching force whether this continues to have an effect around the world or whether this gets moderated, the moment the news isn't good, Tokyo is opened with almost a 4% loss, John.

And Ali, you see we don't know a lot about this glitch, have we heard from * officials are they confident, that they at least figure it out to the degree that evidence have another tough day tomorrow we won't have another glitch.

Well, we, we.. the confidence there was definitely a glitch in the tabulation. Is..they couldn't keep up with the trades, so what happened is that one point the Dow Jones which is not in the New York Stock Exchange, they tabulated the results. But Dow decided the switch to its back up system and doing so, all of that, that trading that was happening called up to it and you saw this drop within three minutes. They're saying the drop shouldn't have happened over 4 or a few minutes. It happened over 3 minutes. We are not clear on it, we are pressing finance from the New York Stock Exchange, was there a trading problem? Was there a compute glitch that cause the acceleration of this, this so it is very unusual to see a four and five hundred point drop on the Dow Jones without very clear evidence that's a problem in ecomony. We don't have any evidence, John.

    the dow jones

    【Business Channel】2007-02-04&05-----perisher

The Dow Jones is the oldest running stock exchange in the United States looming large from Wall Street to your 401(K). Founded back in 1896, the Dow was set up to track America's big industrial companies. But these days, GE is the only component in the original Dow that's still around. That's because as the US economy is shifted over the decades, so has the Dow.

Financial companies like Citigroup are staples of the modern Dow, so as tech giant IBM and drugmaker Pfizer.

One downside in just following the Dow, higher priced stocks get more influence than lower priced stocks. Also some on Wall Street argue the Dow isn't as broad as the S&P 500 index which tracks the 500 biggest US companies. Still, analysts believe the Dow is useful when you combine it with the S&P and the tech heavy NASDAQ. And no matter which index you followed last year, chances are you did quite well, all three indexes finish the year at near or at double-digit gains. For Good Question, I'm Joe Bel Bruno, the Associated Press.
